Abstract

DLC stands for Dry Liquid Concentrate, and Capatue^TM DLC-K08E dry silane is a convenient form of traditional liquid organo-functional silane coupling agent n-Octyltriethoxysilane with 65% high active concentration; it is a free-flowing powder. DLC-K08E dry silane offers the benefit of easier handling and weighing, quicker incorporation during mixing and a longer shelf life.
This product has a monomeric alkylalkoxy organo-functional group can penetrate deeply into a substrate, and then react to form a protective surface surrounding each microscopic particle. This protective surface is extremely durable and leads to significant improvements in weather resistance.

Abstract: SCA- K08E is a monomeric alkylalkoxysilane, can penetrate deeply into a substrate, and then react to form a protective surface surrounding each microscopic particle. This protective surface is extremely durable and leads to significant improvements in weather resistance. The silane is easy to dissolve in organic solvents to form clear, colorless, stable solutions.

The typical application of Capatue dry silane includes:

Packing

This product is available in 20 kg fiber drum. Customer tailor packing is also available.

 

Storage and Shelf life

Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 9 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature.  
If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
