Abstract
Zirconate coupling agent ZCA-N12 is a neoalkoxy zirconate coupling agent, its main advantage is their greater stability; Unlike titanates they neither discolor body producers in the presence of phenols (with the exception of nitrophenols), nor do they interact with hindered amines (HALS). In unfilled plastics they also often improve UV stability compared to titanates, and it can provide novel opportunities for coupling fluorinated polymers to metal substrates.
It is the equivalent product to Ken-React NZ 12 from Kenrich Petrochemicals, Inc.

Application and performance
Zirconate coupling agent ZCA-N12 can be used in composite materials to improve thermal stability, surface smoothness and loading level of fillers to reduce the dosage of resin and reduce the cost.
It can be applied to polymers including PP, PE and rubber. Zirconate coupler ZCA-N12 is a surface treatment agent for inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate, kaoline, talcum etc, to improve hydrophobic property and dispersion of the filler. As a result, the products treated by this product will obtain improved mechanical strength, reduced moisture absorption.
When rubber is filled by the filler of kaolin treated by ZCA-N12, the rubber can obtain improved tearing strength and tensile strength. So silica can be partly replaced.
Packing
The regular packing of TiLink ZCA-N12 is 25 liters plastic pail and 200 liters steel drum.
