Application
Tetraisopropyl di(dioctylphosphate) titanate (CAS No. 65460-52-8), titanate coupling agent KH-401, is mainly used in fiberglass reinforced unsaturated polyester to improve mechanical strength and aging resistance.
Application of KH-401 in epoxy paint containing high content of titanium dioxide or clay can reduce dosage of titanium oxide and solvent, increase dosage of clay without changing the viscosity of system, and improve adhesion to glass and metal.
KH-401 can be used to treat such inorganic fillers as metal powders to improve dispersion and anti-setting.
