Applications and Performance
TiLink TCA-GBA is an adhesion promoter and cross-linker that is essential additives for inks and conatings especially flexographic and gravure printing inks. For flexographic and gravure package printing, TCA-GBA titanate helps to improve the final product properties. This is achieved by the titanate acting as a cross-linker for the binder and as an adhesion promoter between the ink and substrate, which provides the following benefits:
1. Improved adhesion of the ink to the substrate
2. Enhanced curing
3. Improved chemical, solvent, and water resistance
4. Enhanced heat resistance
5. Decreased drying times or lower cure temperatures
6. Increased lamination bond strength
However TiLink TCA-GBA titanate is frequently used for cross-linking in nonaqueous systems, catalysis and surface modification as well.
Packing
25 liters plastic pail and 200 liters steel drum.
