N-[3-(TRIMETHOXYSILYL)PROPYL]ANILINE ,CAS:3068-76-6
Abstract
SiLinkTM SCA-A69M is a versatile amino functional coupling agents used over a broad range of applications to provide superior bonds between inorganic substrates and organic polymers. It contains phenyl and amino functionalities in the same molecule. It is an extremely effective adhesive promoter for many filled and reinforced resin system.
SiLinkTM SCA-A69M is a versatile adhesion promoter, particularly for resin systems that will react with a secondary amino group, such as isocyanates, acrylates, expoxies, phenolics and RTV silicones. With its functional phenyl group this silane is especially useful when the resin base composites material must withstand higher temperatures; E. G., in phenolic resin/fiberglass composites.

Applications and Performance
SiLinkTM SCA-A69M significantly improves adhesion between inorganic surfaces and polymers that can react with a secondary amine. Evaluation is recommended for such polymers as urethanes, epoxies, acrylates and phenolics that must adhere to inorganic substrates like glass, metal, fiberglass and particulates fillers. Applications include adhesives and sealants, coatings, glass fiber sizes and finishes, primers and foundry sand binders.
Compared to the regular amino silane like SCA-A10E, SiLinkTM SCA-A69M has a very excellent high-temperature performance. So it is an optimal silane which be involved in high-temperature exposure like glass fiber reinforced phenolic resin laminate.
